Powerhouze Group ("we," "our," or "us") develops Chrome extensions designed to enhance productivity for business professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how our extensions ("Services") handle data when you use them. Our extension suite includes PHG Call Tracker, QuickSigner, QuickPay, DISPoBOT, Auto-Search, ABC Buddy, Skip Buddy, and DLR Buddy.

We prioritize your privacy and data security. Our extensions operate primarily on your local device, storing data locally in your browser. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on remote servers except when explicitly required for specific features you choose to use (e.g., API integrations, team notifications).

3. Information We Collect

📊 DLR Buddy

Purpose: Daily productivity tracker and goal calculator for sales agents.

Data Collection:

  • Agent Identification: Agent initials (3-letter codes) for tracking purposes
  • Activity Tracking: Number of STO (Sales Task Outcomes) dispositions per day
  • File References: File numbers/case IDs extracted from dialer pages when STO dispositions are selected
  • Timestamps: Date and time of STO activities in PST timezone
  • Goal Calculations: Monthly collection goals, total collected amounts, and calculated daily targets
  • Daily Production: Total collected amounts reported for the day

Data Storage: All data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage.local API. Data persists between sessions until manually cleared or the extension is uninstalled.

Data Usage: Data is used exclusively to:

  • Display STO count and tracking information to the user
  • Calculate daily collection goals based on monthly targets
  • Generate downloadable STO reports (CSV format, local download only)
  • Submit optional daily productivity reports to team administrators

Discord Integration (Optional): When you choose to submit a daily report using the "Submit + Download STO's" feature:

  • Agent initials, STO count, daily collected amount, and current date are transmitted to a Discord webhook
  • This feature is triggered manually by the user - no automatic background submissions
  • Data is sent to team administrator channels for performance tracking
  • Discord webhooks are operated by Discord Inc. - see Discord's privacy policy for details

💳 QuickPay

Purpose: Workflow automation tool that helps users quickly transfer information between web forms in business applications.

Data Collection:

  • Form Data Extraction: Temporarily reads visible form field values from authorized business application pages
  • Workflow Configuration: Stores user preferences for form field mappings and automation settings
  • Local Cache: Temporarily caches extracted form data in browser storage to enable quick paste functionality

Data Storage: All extracted form data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. Data is session-based and account-specific, automatically clearing when you switch accounts or close the browser.

Data Usage: Extracted data is used exclusively for the copy-paste workflow automation feature. The extension reads form fields from authorized business applications and fills corresponding fields on target forms to accelerate data entry tasks.

📞 PHG Call Tracker

Purpose: Track call dispositions and view statistics for business call center operations.

Data Collection:

  • User Profile: Agent name and identification
  • Call Disposition Data: Disposition codes and outcomes you select
  • Statistics: Aggregate count of dispositions per category
  • Timestamp Data: Date and time of disposition selections

Data Storage: All data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage.sync API. This means your data is automatically backed up and synced across your Chrome instances when signed in to your Google account.

Data Usage: Data is used exclusively to display personal call statistics and manage your disposition workflow. No call disposition data is transmitted to external servers.

✍️ QuickSigner

Purpose: Automate document e-signature workflows by integrating with QuickSigner API.

Data Collection:

  • API Credentials: Your QuickSigner API key (stored locally)
  • Signer Information: Names and email addresses of document signers
  • Document References: Document IDs and template references
  • CRM Data: Account information from Simplicity Collect CRM pages

Data Transmission: Document signing requests are transmitted to QuickSigner's API servers according to their privacy policy. The extension acts as a bridge between your CRM and QuickSigner.

Third-Party Integration: QuickSigner is a separate service with its own privacy policy. Please review QuickSigner's privacy policy for details on how they handle document signing data.

🤖 DISPoBOT

Purpose: Provide quick access to frequently used call dispositions.

Data Collection:

  • User Preferences: Your selection of favorite/frequent dispositions
  • Usage Patterns: Which dispositions you access most frequently

Data Storage: Preferences stored locally in browser storage. No external transmission.

🔍 Auto-Search

Purpose: Automate search workflows within Simplicity Collect CRM.

Data Collection:

  • Search Terms: Text you highlight and search
  • Disposition Selections: Your chosen dispositions after searches
  • Webhook URL (Optional): If configured, your Discord webhook URL for notifications

Data Transmission: If you configure a webhook, disposition metadata is sent to your specified webhook endpoint. You control what data is transmitted and to where.

📝 ABC Buddy

Purpose: AI-powered script generation assistant for call center agents.

Data Collection:

  • Client Data: Information extracted from CRM account pages (name, balance, dates)
  • API Key: Your Claude AI API key (stored locally)
  • Generated Scripts: AI-generated call scripts based on client data

Data Transmission: Client data is transmitted to Claude AI API to generate personalized scripts. The API is operated by Anthropic. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy for details on API data handling.

User Control: You control when data is sent to the AI by clicking the "Generate Script" button. No automatic background transmissions occur.

🕵️ Skip Buddy

Purpose: Business research automation tool for legitimate skip tracing and information gathering activities.

Data Collection:

  • Account Identifiers: Unique identifiers and reference numbers extracted from CRM pages
  • Business Information: Names, addresses, and contact information visible on CRM pages
  • Research Queries: Search terms generated from CRM data for automated research
  • QuickSigner Integration: Optional API key for document generation workflows

Data Processing: Skip Buddy processes sensitive account information for authorized business research purposes. All data extraction occurs from CRM pages you have legitimate access to as part of your employment or business relationship.

Search Automation: The extension opens multiple search tabs using extracted information to facilitate business research. Search queries are sent to Google according to their privacy policy.

We use collected information solely to:

5. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

Most extension data is stored locally in your browser using:

  • chrome.storage.local: For extension-specific settings and temporary data
  • chrome.storage.sync: For settings synced across your Chrome instances

External Transmissions

Data is only transmitted externally when you explicitly use features that require it:

  • QuickPay: No external transmissions - all data processing is local
  • QuickSigner: Document signing data sent to QuickSigner API
  • ABC Buddy: Client data sent to Claude AI API for script generation
  • Skip Buddy: Search queries sent to Google for research
  • Auto-Search: Optional webhook notifications sent to your configured endpoint
  • DLR Buddy: Optional daily reports sent to Discord webhooks when you click "Submit + Download STO's"

Security Measures

  • HTTPS Only: All external communications use encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Local Encryption: Sensitive data like API keys stored in Chrome's secure storage
  • No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use analytics services that track your usage
  • Minimal Permissions: Extensions request only the minimum permissions needed
  • Session-Based: Form data and temporary information is cleared between sessions
  • User-Triggered: External data transmission only occurs when you explicitly trigger it

  • User-Configured Webhooks: When you set up automation, metadata is sent to your chosen platform
  • Team Reporting: When you manually submit daily reports in DLR Buddy, productivity data is sent to Discord team channels
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
  • Authorized Business Use: Skip Buddy and QuickPay transmit data only for legitimate business workflows

9. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Local Data: Retained until you uninstall the extension or clear browser data
  • Session Data: Form data and temporary information (QuickPay) is session-based and automatically cleared
  • Tracking Data: STO tracking and goal calculations (DLR Buddy) persist locally until manually reset or extension is uninstalled
  • Sensitive Data: Account identifiers and other sensitive information are processed transiently and immediately discarded after use
  • User Control: You can reset/clear data within each extension's interface
  • Complete Removal: Uninstalling extensions removes all associated local data
  • Sync Storage: Data in Chrome sync storage is removed when you sign out or delete Chrome data
  • External Services: Data sent to third-party services (Discord, APIs) follows their respective retention policies

10. Your Privacy Rights

  • Access: View all data stored by our extensions (visible in extension interfaces)
